CSR Katipelli is the author of ‘Gandhi & Lincoln’, and had co-authored ‘Top Seven – An Economic History of Growth and Recessions’. He had also edited the book ‘COVID-19 Times’, which is a compilation of articles written by youth during the pandemic years. He founded a media company, IndianFolk.com, for the youth, which attracted about three million followers.
CSR Katipelli was with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington DC for several years before returning to engage in entrepreneurial and social activities. He has a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Osmania University College of Engineering, Hyderabad, and an MBA in Finance from University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He was trained in the program, ‘Strategic Persuasion and Influencing’, at Wharton Executive Education, and in the negotiations program conducted by CMPartners under ‘Harvard Negotiation Project’ at the IMF. He was one of the toppers in the engineering entrance examination (EAMCET) conducted by the erstwhile united Andhra Pradesh during mid-1990s in India.
